Hello! I'm a designer and web developer originally from Dallas, TX currently working at Adult Swim in Atlanta, GA. I received my B.F.A. in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design in March 2009. I enjoy working in all areas of web development, while specializing in interaction design and front-end development.
AJ Livingston Front-end Developer / Interaction Designer
Brandon Clark and The American Standard
Brandon Clark and The American Standard is a band from Atlanta, GA. They needed a website to serve as a portal for news and show updates surrounding the release of their debut EP, Honestly.
Wade Livingston Photography
Wade Livingston is a Dallas, TX based photographer. A majority of his work is within the fashion industry.
This redesign aimed at simplifying the user experience through reducing the steps needed to view his selected work. It shows all of his works instantly on the landing screen in sets allowing the viewer to quickly browse through each on rollover. This allows hundreds of thumbnails to remain accessible while still keeping the layout of the site clean and compact.
Vancar.tv
Vancar is a film and television production company whose primary focus is in music entertainment. The group is comprised of alumni of the Savannah College of Art and Design.
They wanted a website to showcase their endeavors and to blog about special interests in music, film, television, and life in general.
Telfair Museum of Art
The Telfair Museum of Art is comprised of three locations within the Historic District of Savannah, GA: the Jepson Center, the Telfair Academy, and the Owens-Thomas House.
The design aimed at unifying the three locations, and organizing their information into one user interface, while still portraying each one's unique collections and history.
This site was a collaborative class project during the Spring 2008 quarter at the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Flash mini-site for Pineapple Upside-Down Cake, a web comedy series about three high school girls during the Women's Lib movement in the 1970's.
Wade Livingston Photography (2008)
This was a previous design for Wade Livingston Photography.
SCAD Institutional Research
The Savannah College of Art and Design's Office of Institutional Research was looking for an identity for use in their reports and publications. The logo needed to integrate nicely with the college's existing "SCAD" word mark.
The circle-enclosed logo provides the flexibility to be used adjacent to the school's existing logo or standalone. An additional variation with the full lettering was requested for special cases as well.
The logo was inspired by the architecture around the Historic District of Savannah, GA, many of which feature engraved lettering. It was important to the design and the college's existing identity that it suit the city as much as it did the school.
Mornington Peninsula
Lithograph print on Rives BFK. Hand-drawn. Inspired by the beach houses of Mornington Peninsula in Australia.
12x18 in.
Hurricane Evacuation
Informational poster describing the process of a hurricane evacuation in six steps.
13x19 in.
Oceans 08

Collage
A series of experimental page layouts using mixed media. The sole limitation of the project was to create each without the assistance of any digital media.
Each layout represents a different theme. The four themes were "Creation", "Humor", "Strategy", and "Time".
